This notice explains how Inovatree Consultants LLP (“Inovatree”, “we”) handles personal data collected through inovatree.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why
- Contact and question forms: your name, email, phone (optional), topic and message, used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a consultation.
- Blog comments: your name and comment (published after review) and your email (never published), used to moderate and reply.
- Inova chat: the questions you type are used to generate an answer. We do not store chat conversations on our server. If AI answers are switched on, your question is sent to our AI service provider to produce the reply.
- DPDP Readiness Check: the details and answers you give are used to calculate your score and to contact you about it.
- Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address is kept briefly to prevent spam and abuse.
Consent and withdrawal
We process your details on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, and we will stop processing and erase your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host this website, deliver email or provide AI answers, and with authorities where the law requires.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of our communications, and then delete it.
Your rights
You may ask for a summary of your data, its correction or erasure, and you may nominate someone to act for you. To exercise these rights or raise a grievance, contact us at connect@inovatree.com or 1110, Tower A1, Corporate Park, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
